My first job on the film was taking Steve Burg's early study geometry for basic chambers and connections within the Prometheus ship and developing it further into a composite set layout. The layout ended up being simplified, but what remained in the production was the consistency of modular elements and the wholesale redressing of these modular spaces to represent different parts of the ship.
